Lamb VS AM
Aston all the way. It is probably one of the prettiest cars ever made. And it is an understated elegance. Doesn't scream "look at me! I'm so f*cking rich!"
Lambos are too flamboyant, and it's more for the Kim Kardashians out there that are attention snobs (Kim has the new lambo Aventador)

AM for sure. Lambo is hard and not as nice to drive. The R8 does a far better job for less money but for a DD the Aston all the way, but a 991 would be even better.

And if you come on down this way we will get you a better ride Mom. This is right in town along Memorial Drive. Hey there are some really really good Mexican food places here too .

I have an 09 LP560.
It still thrills me every time I look at it, drive it, wash it....
To me it's sculpture....a piece of rolling art that happens to make amazing sounds.
It's a bit raw, certainly not the fastest or most modern - but an unmistakeable thing of beauty that cannot be confused for any other marque.
I know they create strong emotions in people and it's a "love it or hate it" car. I fell in love the first time I saw one in person. It has brought us great joy. It is also the reason we've met some wonderful people and made new friends. It was a blast on the track (for one season) and has been rock solid with very few issues.
If you knew me you'd know I'm not at all a "Kim Kardashian type". I'm a regular person who happens to love cars and I worked my butt off for many years, made some good choices, and lived well within my means to be able to afford this extravagant luxury (it is to me cause I ain't Bill Gates).
Some of my "died in the wool Porsche" friends say Lambos are for "posers". Maybe so. I don't care. I think it is incredibly beautiful and fun to drive and a joy to share. As it turns out - our Cayman R has a similar effect on many people (and that was a big surprise).
FYI - not everyone who owns a Lambo wants the attention. I had NO IDEA how much attention it would draw and so far I've been lucky that it's all been positive.
There are many owners who don't drive them because they hate the attention (my husband is one).
Yes - some Lambo owners are jerks or attention ****** - but show me a flashy car (of any marque) and I'll show you some wonderful owners and also some that aren't so great.
It's unfortunate that people make assumptions (and sometimes very negative assumptions) based solely on the car someone drives. I've experienced many times that first impressions can be deceiving and I'm better served to get to know a person first-hand before I judge or form opinions about them. What they drive has generally not been a good indicator (for me) as to whether I want to know them better.
If you got to know ME I hope you'd think I'm a good person who happens to own a Lambo.

Great car .
I am sure the owners love them and are not jerks. KE wont be when she gets hers - she better take me out for a ride in it.
BTW arent redhead gals the cutest . If they like Lambos --- well check it out fastcars ! Report back here .

And I would NEVER have it as a DD. I love it for sure - but a DD? No way. AM is much more "sedate" and "under the radar". Maybe it depends where you live. They are rare in these parts, and draw a crowd just about anywhere. Maybe in Miami or NYC or L.A. they are considered commonplace but around here I couldn't bear to park it and walk away (even for groceries). Plus they can be challenging to park and back up (thank goodness for the rear view cam).
We've taken some long trips (1500 - 2000 miles) and it is very comfortable, and we are able to fit everything we need in the car (that can be a challenge for some). As a DD? No thanks
2nd sentence I don't know mom really wants her GT3
3rd sentence, what's that supposed to mean, just another thing the only full read head we have at school is hated by 98% of the students....(including me)
