Default 87 BMW 635 CSI

Going to look at a 635 tomorrow with 175k on the clock. Has anyone owned one or have any suggestions/questions I should ask? I will get a PPI if I move forward. Thanks.

Never have, but I would like to. I think there was a thread here on these recently.

I always wanted one as well. 175k is a lot of miles though.

Dude, are you building a fleet? Beautiful car and one of my favorites but many issues with them, do your research!

Second sticky down is a buyer check list.

Love the 635 BTW, I saw a beautiful one this past weekend in near mint condition.

Thats an E24. There's an Mcoupe available up here that I was considering and I ended up with the E39 instead. It was tempting though, however I realized owning it was going to be like owning a boat. (B.O.A.T) Break Out Another Thousand.

Thanks for the checklist. Read entirely. Sticking with P-cars.

Just decided to not go ahead. Other harem members didn't want to take in an "outsider"!!!

I owned one for 18 years and think that would be a great addition to the harem!
