I really loved the old NSX. It was fast, lightweight, attractive, and simple. I hope the new one still embodies all of those qualities. They should probably be able to do that, just so long as they don't follow that new trend and make their halo supercar a hybr...

I've owned 3 former NSX's of both NA1 and NA2 models and I find Honda rather disappointing with this car.
It looks just like and Audi R8 and is what...3 years away? I don't believe Honda is actually serious and if they were then they would have shown pictures of the interior (no interior shown at all) and the power train is still questionable...sounds like a concept that they won't make like the last one.
The new Lexus LF-LC concept came to the Detriot show with full interior and exterior and even offers an additional two small rear seats...
Even the new Jaguar CX-16 looks amazing.
Honda has and does continue to drop the ball...

Not bad. Slicker than the R8. I like how the character lines intersect at the door seam near the beltline. It's only a concept which means it will look nothing like this and worse, no doubt. I wish they'd lose that hallmark snaggletooth mug.

Japan is not a country with a culture of fast driving. When you're stuck in a tokyo traffic jam your car is just a fashion statement.
And that sums up japanese auto design. They're superficial, reactionary, throw away designs based on whatever video game or kids toy seems popular at the time and supposed to be replaced next year.
And that doesnt mean they're always unattractive, fashion statements need to catch the eye and be inoffensive. But the attention to the details of the design isnt necessary in something that will be replaced so soon so why bother?
