Have a '08 just about to go off lease- you could get a good deal...

It's my wife's car and she loves it. 6 speed manual- problems: ****ty mileage and a small gas tank- you're filling up all the time. Needs a 7th gear when cruising on the highway. Otherwise a great car. The top would worry me out of warranty but sure is easy to operate and quiet when up.
Once I figured out I-drive, I kind of like it. My "kids" love it.

Best steering wheel of any car I have- very thick, great deviated stitching, etc

Riad- you can pick this up in late January- only 30K miles, great shape...

Has every option except 19" wheels and DSG.

Thats nice! She's actually leasing the car so long term issues or not an issue. :-)

3: get a paddle shift, the e9x m3 dct is pretty good nothing like the smg of the e46
4: when milage hit 59k, do maintance and sell it
5: or spend the 2500 on the extended warrenty, with M's when **** goes wrong outside a warrenty it gets expensive real quick
6: if it's going to be used at a track, upgrade the brakes

7: most important with the M3 Convterible....enjoy it
Great info thanks!
