Default Update

Update: looks like there will still be a Porsche in the garage. My dealer informed me that they got an extra 992 4S. I should be able to collect it tomorrow or Tuesday.

Question

2seats,

Well here it is July 18th 2023.
So lots of time has passed since you have posted.

How about bringing us up to date on the 458 after having it for months and months.

hello, I absolutely loved the 458. It might be my favorite car I have ever owned out of 50 cars. The GT4 is probably second favorite.

When I bought the 458 I filled out a preorder for the 296 which is sold out for more than one year. After a few months of owning the 458, the dealer called me and said a new Roma was on the way from the factory. The guy who had it in order is no longer receiving the car for reasons I will not go into. I was offered the car at MSRP. It was also recommended that but doing another deal with Ferrari and Ferrari Financial it only speeds things up. It also helps to have new cars added to your Ferrari profile. So I took delivery of the Roma recently. That is my first new Ferrari. Then a month later Ferrari called me and said a 296 build came available. I put down my deposit and the 296 should be here end of the year or early next.

I drove the 296 a few weeks ago. What an amazing car. Highly impressed. Enjoy!

Thank you. The Roma is also a great car. It’s powerful and light, but a little larger and little higher center of gravity that my ideal car which is smaller, mid engine, which I’m sure all the gt4 drivers would agree with!

2seats,

Appreciate the latest on your Ferrari adventures.

You Sir are without any doubt fully 100% enjoying Life.

Congratulations on your continuing Exotic Ferrari escapades.

You didn't say I don't think, so you are also keeping the 458

Be safe Wild-Man,
Terry

I wish I could have kept both the 458 and GT4 but I’m trying to scale a new business and until it gets to a certain point I will have to enjoy one sports car at a time (sad face)
