2021 G80 M3 opinions as DD complement to GT3
Are many of you interested in picking up the new G80 M3/M4 as a daily driver? Reviews seem positive and the grill isnt bad on black / gray cars. Pricing seems reasonable for performance, and AWD is appealing here in the Midwest. Not sure I can give up the utility of the Cayenne at this point- perhaps if the M3 is offered as a wagon-

Not a fan of the grill or paying 100k for a M3 (loaded spec)
Only BMW's I would get would be E46 M3 E39 M5 or a M2CS, that would be a better daily BMW to get if I didn't need four doors.
Do you also have a Cayenne GTS? Would this be to replace it?

I have a F82 M4 as a daily driver and think it’s a perfect compliment to the GT3. I wasn’t to sure about the new one and went to look at them. If I decide to get one it definitely will be in a dark color, probably black to lessen the impact of the grille.

What were BMW ‘designers’ thinking when they drew up the plans for this car? It is hideous and as a previous owner of 4 true ‘M’ cars, I could never purchase this obscenity regardless of its dynamic abilities. There are far too many excellent alternatives that don’t appear to have been drawn up in Braille.

Eye of the beholder etc.
have always loved BMWs till the e90 version and I like this M3 better than the post e90 version. The ridiculously huge grills actually gel well with the design IMO. The previous gen looked way too busy, like the 992 GT3.
