What I hate about my 458...
I figured it'd be interesting to know from actual 458 owners what they hates / hated about their 458s. Of course this may have been discussed ad nauseam and probably should be asked over at Ferrari Chat but I figured that GT3 owners are a different breed sooo GO:

Only the Speciale is above 300k. The standard crappy 458 is well below that

I owned one for the last 4 years. sold it last month to get into a 991.2 GT3. Mine had novitec springs and a Tubi exhaust.
1) the ride height is terribly high in stock form. you can get your entire fist between the arch and tire.
2) while lowering the car makes it look a lot better... the nose is so long you will scrape.
3) too much attention. fun at first, but gets annoying.
4) the big one for me.. no manual. (I got the car because the GT3 was pdk only at the time)
5) the front trunk has no bracing underneath... I put my novitec springs in there and drove to the shop. on the way home the front underbody plastic was scraping on the highway because the plastic had bowed down.
6) parts cost $. I replaced one shock because it was rattling over bumps, it was $4k at a good well known indy shop.

Hard to believe I’ve had mine 10 years now
it still looks amazing and relevant which is a testament to the design
the sound is awesome and it still has some kick in the shifts unlike newer paddles
not much to dislike other than id prefer a manual trans
