I wouldn’t let them do the oil change on my 1st interval service on my 991 GT3. I did let them do the free oil change on my 2019 Macan which takes 0w20 and they put in 5w40...they had to redo the oil change.

Needless to say I will not use Tampa Porsche for service ever again. They have a good sales department but horrid service department
Holy crap!

I’m Tampa (Rocky Point) as well. Bought Mrs. Cayenne at Reeves. I’m flabbergasted they can not use A40 spec oil. That is really surprising.

Here are the oil specs in case someone is interested. I used it to show my dealer that 5/50 was an approved oil and they supplied it thereafter:
