Hello I'm new here and so happy I found this website. I'm in the process of completing the final configuration for my new 911 and would love some feedback from the members here. Do I need a paid membership to start a new thread?

Hi there I'm new to this forum, I'm on my fourth Boxster and am interested in ways to make it better for me than when it left the factory. I spend lots of time looking at forums about the mid engined models but I've never posted anything before so this is a new thing for me. I'm hoping to find information about sourcing some new gears to improve the manual gearbox with its long gearing that I'm enjoying but know it could be better! Enjoyting my local Porsche Club and encourage anyone who hasn't looked into this near them to do so.

Hi all! Professional lurker stepping out of the shadows to dabble in socialization.
No kids yet (ever), I got a Porsche instead!
I've loved and admired these cars since childhood when I stepped in my best friend's garage and saw his dad's black 911 parked inside. Soon after getting my license I had an opportunity to drive a 911 for about 5 minutes and ever since then it's been a dream and a goal to have a Porsche of my own.
I'm 39 now and I'm fortunate enough to have been able to realize that dream. I picked up a 2009 Cayman, 6MT, black on black and I'm just thrilled with it. I've serviced my BMW's for years and I plan on doing the majority of the work on the Cayman myself as well.
I'm excited to join the community here -the forums have already proven to be an invaluable resource to me. I'm very appreciative of the positive vibes here and everyone's genuine love and enthusiasm for these cars really shows. Can't wait to contribute more and get to know folks. Take care!

Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to forums so I thought I'll start myself off by making an introduction. My name is Shalin and I live in Mumbai.
I've recently traded in my 991.2 GT3RS for a 992 GT3 PDK (I wish it was a manual but the traffic in my city really makes a case for itself!)
I'm currently awaiting allocation for a Macan Turbo EV which I plan to daily. Looking forward to being here. Cheers!

Hi everyone!
Im new to Rennlist and happy to be here. I'm not a new P owner yet but am close! I placed my order for a new Cayenne and my freeze date is next week. Thanks for all the members for making this community what it is.

Hi all, longtime lurker who relied on Rennlist for help and info on my 996 C4 and 2006 Cayenne Turbo. Eventually sold both over the years but still working on a long-delayed 914 project... And searching for more info about nearly every Porsche model, as well as history of the business. Look forward to joining the fun!
