2009 Concours d'Elegance September 26
The 2009 Concours d'Elegance is scheduled for September 26 (Saturday 10:30 to 2:30) and will be held at the Merriland Farm Cafe, on Coles Hill Rd. in Wells Maine. The site is an open field located between the Cafe and the golf course (par 3 - 9 holes) and a driving range. The complex is all owned by the same family. The open field is a SAFE place from any errant golf *****. Plans are under way to have a closest to the pin contest at the driving range. Anyone wishing to play the par 3 is welcome. All the rates will be in the forthcoming Northlander, and are very reasonable. Registration fee will be $10.00 per car or 3 food items (non-perishable) to be given to the NH Food Bank. There will be a Perservation, Touring and Display Classes. There will also be voting for People's Choice Award as well.
