Minor update.. Car has now had rebuilt steering rack installed, AWIC lines plumbed, and axles replaced.. Steam cleaning the undercarriage is on the agenda, then repace cooling system (Oil, Trans, AC Condenser & Drier) Then plumb in replacement lines for fuel, coolant, AWIC short supply and feed to the main lines, oil lines including the SC feed and drain, and refill fluids. Maybe run in prior to SC install to check for leaks etc.. Anyway, lots to do before install of SC parts. Super MAF from JDS in hand, need Pems for LH & EZK, and parts to be machined. Still lots of fabrication to do on the compressor intake etc..

(I should have just installed the Motec from day 1...! Then no MAF to deal with...) Anyway, baby steps... So far, so good.. This evening, going to complete the vacuum line for the trans off the 5 way T near the TB..

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate them very much. I am builing a Twin Screw setup that is modular, in that most of the parts can also be used with turbochargers. I had the design idea 5-6 years ago, and decided to do it because no one built anything I wanted to the standard I wanted. It will use an Autorotor 2.2L compressor initially.

My estimation on power is that with the 2.2L blower, the setup will easily get to 500 RWHP, and has the potential to produce much much more. The compressor is rated at 825 HP worth of airflow/700+RWHP. If I end up with 600 RWHP, I will be very happy..

Anyway, without rambling too much, I have more than that in the car, and more than that in the project. However, so far, so good. I am very happy with the overall design I have made. Just a few more tweaks and I will be cutting metal.

    Thanks again,

What you are building looks insanely amazing. love to watch the progress of the design and build. gonna be some awsome nubers when it's done. truly an innovation that will have allot of folks droolling...

PS what kinda investment do you think you'll have when finished, not trying to pry, just curious? my guess 10 - 12 K?

Hi Victor, I will call you later.. You are probably using the magnusson setup driven off a jackshaft, or the new front ported Eaton. I have not seent he data for the eaton fron inlet, like used on the ZR1, but I went the Autorotor way for very specific reasons.. We can discuss on the phone later.. R

Wow .... Those are some big plans and ideas. I have been working on a much simpler design using a front inlet and drive designed supercharger. I have most of it figured out and designed including the fuel injection. My system comes all put together with new TB. All you need to do is bolt it on and change the shark tuned chip. I use the stock MAF and the filters are in front of the radiator using Kuhns setup. We should talk, it think you will like my setup and ideas.
