I found nice Cup Wheels.
They are 7Jx17 ET55 and 9Jx17 ET55.
Would they fit on my S4 (without rolling!) and what would be the right size for the tires?

I saw your reply on an OLD post about 18" wheel fitment on an '84 928S. I have an '84 and looking for new wheels. a set I like are:

part of what I cannot figure out reading these posts relate to my car having a spacer on the rear. so how do I factor that into any evaluation. do NOT what to install longer studs. in the process of doing that on my '85 911 track car as part of the rear wheel bearing replacement.

When we met back in February you mentioned that you had an cd copy of the workshop manual.

This coming week I am replacing the radiator, fan, fan carrier, timing belt, water pump, rebuilding tb tensioner and a few other parts if needed up in the front of the engine.

I have downloaded the PET from Porsche's website, the how to PDF from the 928 Specialist website and the really extensive, photo heavy pdf from the fellow in No. Cal. (kind of wonder if he has time for a day job). While I expect I can get by with what I have, it would be nice to have a copy of the workshop manual.

I was interested in purchasing the Jim Morehouse one that has been written about but I can not find it. I im'ed Morehouse on here, no luck. A search on here turned up some posts that 028sRus was selling it, but it is not on their site. I wrote to them and no answer. Do you have the Morehouse CD?

My car has had the gauge pod, ezk, lh, and ign control relays changed (PO). Runs poorly (rich), I will run the tests. Would the gauge pod change set a flag to the engine controls? My speedo is not working, and the new odo reads 93k old was 90............I

Hi Andrew, I think that a small contigint of 928's from southern ontario will be heading to SITM. Myself (with wife), and possibly BIMMERMIKE, TAILPIPE(Paul- been to SIHell),IMoOOO(Imre), 928 AT LAST,MARC MASTERSON, CJN923, and COSMO KRAMER.

If I can put together a convoy from S.Ont., and we cross at windsor/Detroit, I would like to travel down with a group who has been there before. I'll work on my end to get a group organized with maps, hotel bookings and such. Im guessing that your group leaves on Thursday some time?

What kind of radio(2-way or CB) should we bring?
