Sorry- I missed your message. My advice- Get the 991! The difference from a 997 is quite substantial in terms of performance (especially in the S, which is a quick as a Turbo), corners better than any prior 911, and is comfortable too. Even a lightly optioned one is a design advance all in the right direction. I have put 10k miles on in 9 months and drive it at every opportunity. Never had amore enjoyable car- and this is my 5th Porsche since 1973.

Pat....I love my 2010 C4S for many reasons not the least of which is the PTS color! I've always had C4Ss and I use them all year round, especially in the winter with snow tires. You can't make a mistake with the C4S! I'm not crazy about the 991 so I'm the wrong guy to ask about that car!
