Hey John - I submitted a new post earlier today, but a message said something about it being pending. I assumed it needed me to post in the new member section, so I did and just tried to submit the post once again. This time I had a chance to read the message that said a moderator needed to approve the post first. So there's a duplicate now pending, sorry about that! I hope you can correct that before it goes online!
Hi John, this is Mike at AlphaCars. We met the other day and chatted about my Lotus and the Northeast motorsport scene. Hope to hear from you and catch up more one of these days.
Took 2009 997.2 DFI into tech for service and he brought up subject of DFI Carbon build up and he actually had to do some extra maintenance to take off build up. Said from now on with each tan of gas I should use a product to prevent this. I seem to have heard about this but not sure what is the best product to use. Suggestions?
A few hours ago, I tried posting a reply in my thread...
"Newb with lots of Boxster (981) Questions (cross shoping with C7 Corvette)"
And I think I got a message that said "awaiting Moderator approval", or something like that. Is this because my post/reply had pics? Just curious, and wanted to make sure I was doing everything correct.

Hey.
Likely break period for moderation, so apologies!
I posted a Q about Cayman dash clocks and it was 'pending moderation' - assume because I was new.
No issues, but I didn't want to post again if it was gunna pop up one day (as opposed to being eaten by the system).
