If you are looking for the nicest low mileage 991.2, you have found it. This car was a creampuff when I bought it five months ago from the original owner and now she is simply fabulous. I was planning on keeping it forever, but it's just too small for me, or I'm too fat for it? Regardless, a new 911 has been ordered.

This is a fully documented California car, right down to the special order paperwork at Hoehn Porsche in Carlsbad. Car was always garaged and previously owned by a top prosecutor for the San Diego District Attorney. She passed away from dementia and I bought the car from her kind husband. The car actually let the family know she was developing dementia because she lighty scuffed the passenger side lower rocker panel under the door. When asked how it happened, she could not remember. The car keys were taken away at that time. Her husband took it to have the small surface scratch professionally touched-up (no body work: all factory texturing/seals present) hence the "very minor damage" on CarFax seven years ago (see attached).

Thinking this was my forever car, I spent well over fifty-grand making it a show piece and have the receipts to prove it. Car was totally gone through from head to toe for over a month. There were no issues found, just a slight water pump leak. I had my mechanic do everything possible and everything preventative. Car needs nothing and is a 10 out of 10 mechanically. Car then spent another month at my detailer and paint protection film shop. It is a 9 out of 10 cosmetically. Seriously, people regularly give it compliments.

Do not hesitate to travel long distance for this car. Inspections are welcome. Make it a fun road trip home and the full paint protection film will remove any worry. Located only 40 minutes from the San Diego airport. This really is a "no disappointments" car if there ever was one. On a side note, I have sold vehicles over the years to out of state buyers, long distance doesn't scare me as long as you are 100% committed. I am not a dealer or broker. Just an enthusiast who goes in and out of vehicles faster than underwear. 

This car is much quicker than stock w/the Fabspeed parts, intake work, IPD, etc. upgrades. There is NO tune on car and never was. Car is fast and runs like a raped ape when asked. Sounds fantastic too! Car is also happy just puttering around town. The drivability and dual personality of this car is amazing. It responded extremely well to the performance upgrades. She also stops on a dime w/the new S big brakes. PASM works perfectly and alignment came out spot on (see attached).

Car is running Fabspeed headers and X-pipe w/the OEM cats. She sounds great (w/no drone). If you wanted to take this to the next level and tune it, this particular 911 is the perfect starting point.

I hold a clean CA title w/no loan, current registration w/everything in my name, all service records, two key remotes and all OEM parts. No stories or explanations to be told here. Car has never seen a racetrack or bad weather.
