I am the 2nd owner of this car which I purchased as Certified Pre-Owned at Carlsen Porsche in Redwood City. It was a daily driver never tracked, raced, or beaten on, the car was babied. The first owner was a lease return to Carlsen Porsche. As part of the purchase, I got a (TRANSFERABLE) Fidelity Extended Warranty, which still has coverage until Apr 6, 2025, or up to 82,561 miles. The car was a daily driver for the first 2-3 years of ownership, but the drive to work was only 7 minutes away and was more of a leisurely driving car that was cared for. It hasn't been driven much since we got an SUV.
- The first "Damage" is shown on the car fax. I was unaware of this when I bought the car from Carlsen Porsche, but it did show "Minor," as I guess it was a bumper scratch or something minimal fixed; the car was SOLD as Certified Pre-Owned by Carlsen Porsche after.
- The 2nd "Damage Report" is from my event where I opened the door as I got something from the passenger seat. It was a gusty, windy day, and it caused my door to swing open wide and hit a cement planter, causing a ding and scratches on the car, which an approved shop had just fixed at Alito's in SF (Dec 2024). I have attached pictures to show how minor it was. They removed the small ding and scratches (door, door handle, and side mirror). I have that detailed work available upon request. Pictures and videos confirm it was fixed.
Carlsen Porsche has provided all the services for this car, as all our past and current cars are serviced there. Panamera 4s, my wife's Cayman R, and my 991.1S. I can show all the service records on it if requested. I wanted to keep it, but in my current living situation in a condo with a strict HOA and crappy parking, I can't have three cars, and I don't want to pay parking space-musical chairs anymore. The vehicle is driven maybe once a month now if I'm lucky. I would have kept this car if I had a house and more parking. The car has hardly been driven in the last 3-4 years as we have an SUV now that we take the dog in that is my daily driver. The tires are 2 years old, I believe, since replacement.
Serious buyers only: if I don't have serious takers, I can always sell to Carvana, Carmax, or other online buyers as needed or can trade in for another car in the near future. But rather have this car go to a Porsche enthusiast.
I'm pricing this at $82,000 obo (send via PM) - I am willing to negotiate but NOT be lowballed or scammed.
