Description:

Hello All!

Many of you have probably seen the extensive thread on this vehicle by IL Pete. The entire build is documented on that thread. I purchased the car from him about 2 months ago. It is a fantastic car, but an unexpected opportunity has presented itself for me to get something else that I never thought would be possible, and unfortunately I have to sell this one in order to make that purchase.

As previously stated, there's probably a combined total of almost $180k spent at this point between everything IL Pete put into it, and the bits I had done to it as well (Switched out to new tires, powder coated the wheels, had the GT4 bumper installed, etc...).

Here is the list of modifications on this car:

- Deman Shorter Gearing
- Deman Tune
- Kline Inconel Exhaust
- Soul Street Headers
- OEM GT4 Side Vents
- NR Aero GT4 Front Bumper
- Frog Venom Ducktail Spoiler
- Suncocast OEM GT4 Rear Diffuser Kit
- Glass Engine Cover
- CF Interior Parts from Automotive Passion
- OEM GT4 Short Shifter Kit
- SportShifters Shift ****
- ZunSport Front and Side Vent Grills
- TPC Rear Toe Links
- Full Body PPF

Most of this work was done by DeMan, so the quality is superb and it sounds absolutely incredible. I am willing to negotiate and revert the car back to stock (Exhaust, Headers, Engine Cover, etc...) should it be requested.

Curious minds want to know what "opportunity" awaits.... Manual, 4.0, with Deman short shift is beyond tasty. GLWS.

Perhaps some feedback about the Deman gearing to entice the next steward of the beauty......

Quite honestly, I really DON'T want to sell this car. If I could afford this + another six figure car, I would have both of them. I love everything about it. Just typing this up makes me wonder if I am making the right choice and just not sell it, ha. As of right now, I have a very interested buyer and this should be sold shortly.

So, I'll tell you a little about the DeMan gearing: I was looking for a GT4 for almost 4 months. Test drove 3 of them. Every time I would test drive them, I would walk away unhappy with the long gearing.... Then I came along this absolute gem of a machine. Was browsing rennlist, saw Pete listed it and by chance he was 1 hour away from me. Drove over, sat in the car, got to drive it, was sold instantly. As much as I tried to go after a GT4, I would always come back to how amazing the GTS felt. Within a week after that test drive, I ended up buying the car.

The DeMan gearing absolutely transforms the car (for the street). You are always in the power band. If one day I were ever to say "I want a GT4" the first thing I would do would be the DeMan gearing.

As for what is available, a very good friend of mine decided that he is selling his 991.1 GT3. It had its motor swapped under the 10 year warranty, has about 5k miles on the new engine. I've always told him I have first dibs if he ever decides to sell it... and well, here we are.

Is it a better car than this GTS? I have no clue..but it's something i want to experience and I don't want to have a regret not going for it.

Total work from DeMan was about $17,500 (have the invoice). ReGear was $10k.

Overwhelmed by the amount of interest in the vehicle! Had a lot of people contact but the vehicle is now PENDING SALE. Have a committed buyer and should be completing the sale this week, so I am not going to entertain any offers at the current time! Will update if anything changes!

Thumbs up Love the Aero Kit!

Love the aero kit added to this! I just got an allocation for a 2025 GTS 4.0 and want to add the aero kit as well (too bad it wasn't an option for the build as I love how it looks).
