PNH has a pretty good reputation for getting a lot of good cars...Id like them to comment here before this goes too far. If in fact there was an issue that wasnt disclosed, that should be cleared up really quick.

How does the damage that occurred during the "Vehicle Prep and Pre-titling Events" not officially follow the car and ultimately to the CARFAX? Is it simply that the damage occurred prior to the vehicle being initially titled/registered somewhere?
