Second owner – purchased CPO from Porsche in 12/14 with 48,000 miles. Options: Leather, PDK, heated sports seats, sport chrono, Bi-xenon dynamic headlights. Used primarily for fun summer drives and 12 PCA HPDE. Beautiful, limited edition car that has been well maintained (larger services done at Minneapolis Porsche with all receipts). Price firm.
Performance/reliability mods:
1. GT3 Master cylinder
2. GT3 front lower control arms and Tarret rear toe link
3. Tarret adjustable sway bar/drop links (front/rear)
4. PDK transmission side cooler from LN Engineering (https://lnengineering.com/products/s...ide-mount.html): reduce transmission temps (paranoid)
5. Front spoiler screens
Highlight maintenance/repairs:
1. 6 year (60K) and 8 year (80k) mile service done by dealer including plugs and coils
2. PDK unit replaced by Porsche Minneapolis (2021)
3. New OEM rotors/pads/sensors all 4 corners, Rear calipers professionally rebuilt/painted by PMB Performance due to fading
4. New Battery 2021, windshield (chip) 2022
Wear/tear notes: Some stone chips typical for the mileage. Some marks on the beige soft-touch rear rear storage compartment. PSE remains in open position. Left front wheel face has some light marks.
Optional extras: Comes with original sport seats (beige, heated). For a reasonable market price, I can also include the Porsche 9X7 GT2 LWB (black alcantara) seats which I purchased separately after buying the car – very low miles and great shape. For others interested in the seats, I will give car buyer first rights on the seats - if decline then will sell separately.
PM with questions directly please or additional pics.

How did the PDK fail at this relatively low mileage?
better question to Porsche. Not to take this For sale ad off topic but in case a buyer asks………despite what people think they do fail. I think under reported and reflects low miles many Pcars have. I am aware of three 9x7 series pdks in our own regional PCA failed around 50k the past several years - all had occassional DE use. Porsche wont repair these units, and in my experience at least has limited ability/tools to diagnose internal issues. So they replace - which is at least peace of mind. I believe now some Indy shops are doing more.
All PM's answered. As of tonite sale of car is pending. Will update when finalized and will plan to list seats after that. thanks for all the inquiries

thanks for all the interest. We completed the sale yesterday and car is gone. The seats have a deposit on them - if anything changes I will relist separately.
