Description:

Hi Folks,

Putting my 2007 997.1 GT3 in speed yellow for sale.  The car needs no introduction and its been a thrill to own.  Added the best wheel set to her and a roll cage as homage to the motorsports pedigree.

Mileage: 64,850

Asking $100,000 with OEM wheels, $105,000 with BBS E88's (17 months wait for this set - $6.5K new).  Prefer to sell with the BBS, OEM's included.  I won't sell the E88's until the car is sold.

I purchased the car in 2018 from a Rennlister.  Per the CARFAX I believe I am the 5th owner.  In my time with the car I put on around 10K blissful miles and put away for winter.

This is a drivers car and used as intended.  Personally I never tracked the car and only an odd PCA parade lap or two.  The previous 2 owners hade set her up for track days.

As purchased the car came with:
- Soul Center muffler bypass
- K&N air filter element
- Pinned coolant lines
- Plastic coolant pipes replaced with Sharkwerks metal pipes
- Studded rotor conversion
- Tarett caliper studsmounts
- Slotted front Demann rotors
- RSS solid caster puck front lower arms
- Tarett solid bushing front lower arms
- Champion rear adjustable toe links
- RS4.0 Light weight flywheel and clutch

In my ownership I added:
- GMG bolt on roll bar painted speed yellow.  Uncut rear carpet included.
- Yellow OEM front seat belts
- Custom carbon fiber steering wheel
- OEM alcantara shift **** and boot replaced
- Some carbon interior trim pieces
- Replaced worn center console with new leather
- Replaced worn out AC buttons
- Brand new BBS E88:  F 19x9 ET +42.5 - 1" outer rim lip, R 19x12 ET +55 - 3" outer rim lip
- Rear tires recently replaced >800miles:  Michelin 4S
- LED Depo rear lights.  OEM full red lights included

Exterior:
Some rock chips in the usual spots
I just had the rocker panels repainted
No door dings
Driver side headlight washer could use an adjustment

Maintenance done in last 10-20K miles:
- spark plugs 9/17  - 51,819
- fuel filter 9/17 51,819
- O2 sensor passenger rear10/17 51,855
- Transmission fluid 10/17 51,885
- water pump 3/18 52,426
- starter and solenoid 3/18 52,426
- tension pulley 6/18 52,842
- Gas cap replaced 11/18 53300
- driver side door window motor replaced  2/19 54,002
- oil and filter 11/19 55,742
- Battery 11/19 55,742
- wiper blades 11/19 55,742
- Crank pulley EVOMS + serpentine belt 3/2020 56,002
- All 4 tires replaced Michelin 4S 6/2020 56,350
- Oil & filter 8/21 60,145
- Rear tires replaced 6/22 63,907
- BBS E88's and alignment 6/22 64,530
- Rocker panels repainted 9/22 64,600
- Rear rotors and pads replaced 11/22 64,795
- Oil and filter 11/22 64,813

The elephant in the room on the CARFAX shows 2 accident records.  One in 2012, likely by the 2nd owner and one in 2015.  In full transparency, when I bought the car, this accident record was not present.  The 4th owner whom I bought the car from didn't see this either and both of us are surprised that this had occurred, as the car looks and performs as expected.  In trying to do more research, I was able to reach the 3rd owner who owned the car in 2015.  He had a track incident which resulted in all cosmetic damage and repairs.  He vouches that the airbags did not deploy although the CARFAX had recorded this.  And while the CARFAX showed this happened twice in 4 months, this is highly unlikely.  He had the car professionally repaired and continued with a clean title.

I recently asked a shop to do a PPI which came back good, aside from the rear brakes which where replaced and a rattle on one of the exhaust baffles.  I never noticed this in my ownership and have always heard the light flywheel chatter and Mezger orchestra.

Here's a chance to own one the greatest Mezger's ever in a truly standout color!

The car is located in Princeton NJ.

Please DM or email me at fchotika3@yahoo.com for questions or to see the car.

Wow, a total gift. Well sorted and well kept. Won’t last. I would love the E88s if it’s not sold with it.
