After he bought the car from me he was very happy and was offering to sell me cars wholesale from his Audi dealership. So for a period of time after the purchase I'm a great guy and then sometime afterwards I'm a scammer when his car breaks.

Too bad & truthfully I don't care what someone wants to threaten me with - when you go that route we can just go another route and settle it where it counts. Guess he doesn't want that expense and embarrassment but settle it in the court of RL.

Nick, I extended my gratitude when the deal was done.
I asked you when before I purchased the car to tell
me the bad with the car and not the good. You swore jp
and down that it was a clean car no issues no accidents. I told you since I was in the business, let’s be as transparent as possible. We negotiated and we came an agreement. I then booked two flights to receive the car which was at night. The car looked exactly As YOU told me. When I got it to my local dealer in NJ is when all the issues you claimed weren’t wrong came to light. When I questioned you and told you to take the car back that YOU MISS REPRESENTED you told me the DEAL WAS DONE. As compensation you offered very little money back. Mind you the whole driver side front end was replaced (with oem parts) the carbon fiber hood was cracked and fender liners were destroyed. I took this as a Loss on my part as again I am in this business. Shortly after that the engine blows up. That’s where I again reached out to you and you again told me you want nothing to do with this car. You should have taken the car back from the beginning and saved face and your reputation. I am the one stuck with a gt3Rs in the garage with no engine NOT YOU. And please don’t play victim on here. You pushed a unit that you knew was an issue that you bought that is now very much my issue. I’m here taking this loss, but I will let everyone know how you conduct business. I hope no one ever experiences this experience that I have. And the court thing Nick your right wasn’t worth taking myself to Mississippi to fight for something I have the means to fix. I hope everyone see’s this as a deterrent to stay away from Beasley motorcars.

The car broke on you a few thousand miles down the road. Hope it gets fixed and works out for you.

Bests,
