Buyers make sure you do a full inspection before purchasing. This seller scammed me and sold me an example that was miss represented. Not only was the car in an accident after further inspection when I got it home, the engine jumped timing costing me $40k plus in repairs. Nick is not only dishonest I gave him an opportunity to make it right and not only did he tell me to basically go f**k myself he told me to take him to court and that his lawyers are on the board in Mississippi. I’ll be the bigger man and fix it as I have the ability to but as far as beesley motorcars goes stay away.
Spend the hard earned money that you earned somewhere else.

Actually its this guy that people should run from. Drove the car 2k miles and calls me up - after modding the car threatening me that if I don't buy the car back he's going to ruin my reputation online or sue me because he is from NYC and everyone else is an idiot compared to his legal setup being from NYC so I told him come on down to MS and find out. Where is he? nowhere except here chirping on Rennlist. I let it go bc well I'm sorry his car broke- did he sell himself a 3rd party extended warranty since he's a dealer? nope. did he ask to buy one ? nope.
No dealer in the country would put up with this clown.
2 sides to every story and this pos is nothing but a bully and jerk.

I guess if nothing to hide and the deal was legit this statement would not have needed to be made - "his lawyers are on the board in Mississippi". If the buyer was a scammer then why would you have to threaten that your lawyers are on the board. Certainly sounds like some smoke and we know where there is smoke there is fire.
Probably best that any buyer, buying from these one off used car resellers should do full inspections any ways. I have dealt with a few and most will do and say anything to get the deal done.

I highly encourage anyone to get a PPI. I did everything this buyer requested. Would have taken the car to Porsche Jackson - Brian Harris in Baton Rouge. I don't care pick...
The vehicle was running fine when it was in my care. You can search his complaint thread on the 991 GT3 board and see he is having a great time with his car and then it broke.
You should hear this guy and anyone else would say the same thing- I guess if you feel that way we can settle it in a court of law. I'm not in the wrong.
"You are from Mississippi and my attorneys are way more sophisticated than you are being from NYC." - -- -"Well come on down to MS and find out."

anyone can look up my "reputation" on this board - Yeah I don't own a 20mil facility. never claim to but I run everything like I would when I was at a Porsche store. You can look up the 100's of cars that I've listed here and no one has ever had a rude thing or insinuated that I was a scammer. username : German_Saint
After he bought the car from me he was very happy and was offering to sell me cars wholesale from his Audi dealership. So for a period of time after the purchase I'm a great guy and then sometime afterwards I'm a scammer when his car breaks.
Too bad & truthfully I don't care what someone wants to threaten me with - when you go that route we can just go another route and settle it where it counts. Guess he doesn't want that expense and embarrassment but settle it in the court of RL.

it's always encouraging to see a Rennlist sponsor calling a member a POS. Super awesome behaviour.
So it's fine for someone to pass false information and half truths about anyone on this board? Could you imagine someone being upset that their reputation is being brought into question?Ok Robb...
