Description:

Up for sale is my 2010 997.2 Turbo (74K miles) – GT Metallic Silver w/ Cocoa interior, it really is a beautiful car. I purchased the car from a fellow enthusiast last May with 71,700 miles. I’ve put approx. 3260 during my ownership. While it is a higher mileage example, the car has extensive maintenance/service records all the way back to the original owner. The car comes with two keys and a clean Texas title (in hand). The car did have some minor cosmetic damage during transport (rock chips, cracked windshield), as a result, the CarFax shows damage to the front end. The windshield, headlights, GT2 side skirts and front splitter were all replaced, then the car was wrapped in XPEL and ceramic coated to make sure it remained pristine.

Original MSRP was $157,290, options are as follows:

VIN - WP0AD2A92AS766092

BASE 911 Turbo
220 Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV)
250 Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
342 Heated Front Seats
422 19" RS Spyder Whl w/Centr Lock
603 Dynamic Cornering Lights
619 Bluetooth Phone Interface
635 Parking Assist System
640 Sport Chrono Package Turbo
686 XM Radio 762 PAG Code - Launch code
810 Floor Mats in Interior Color
840 Sport Wheel with Shift Paddles
870 Universal Audio Interface
P01 Adaptive Sport Seats
RA Special Leather Cocoa
U2 GT Silver Metallic
XAJ Side Skirts in Exterior Color
XSC Porsche Crest in Headrest

Modifications include:

Genuine OEM GT2 Wing

OEM G2 Side Skirts

Kline Catless Exhaust with Soul GT2 Style Exhaust Tips (OEM available)

DSC Suspension Module

Lowered on H&R springs – PASM fully functional

AMS Alpha Intercoolers and Carbon Fiber Y Pipe (OEM available)

AMS 3 Bar Map Sensor

Tuned by Sam @ ByDesign (530AWHP/600TQ) Dyno sheet included

Finally, the car was serviced in February by Innovative Motorsports here in Dallas where it got new spark plugs, ignition coil and an oil change.

I had a PPI performed on the car before I purchased it and am happy to help facilitate the same at buyer’s expense.
Car looks, sounds and feels amazing and has been so much fun to own/drive, I am sad to see it go but ready to move on.

I love the brown interior. Definitely not common.

I split weekend time between the 911 and another car/project so drives are limited to a couple of Sunday mornings each month, but those drives are glorious.

As for what's next - I am thinking Gen2 R8.

A natural choice. I don't know what it is, but after driving my 997TT and experiencing power and speed with the conviction of a sledgehammer, I wanted to chase after the experience a little more. I was going after an R8 V10 for a long time also. And very few cars deliver that the way the lambo/audi V10 in the R8/gallardo/huracan do. Happy hunting my friend. If you're anything like me, you'll find yourself coming back home to Porsche in years to come. Enjoy in health!
