2014 Porsche GT3 - Certified Pre-Owned - Racing Yellow

Update:

Car is in the process of getting a G-Series motor put into it. The car mis-fired this week.

I have my 2014 Porsche GT3 for sale. Car is in immaculate condition. Car just had $5,000.00 worth of servicing done 3 months ago at Porsche El Paso. The car is also still under certified pre-owned warranty for another year and nine months and is completely transferrable to the new owner. Only mod is the GMG exhaust, outside of that the car is bone stock. Oil just changed again and had the brake fluid switched to Castrol SRF React. General wear and tear on the front lip (it is a wear item.) I'm selling so soon because I am buying an RS and just don't need both.

By CPO do you mean the 10 year 100k extended GT3 powertrain warranty or do you mean porsche CPO warranty? I thought the factory warranty was 4 years and then you could add on another 2 years for CPO which would only bring it to 2019 or 2020 depending on when the car was purchased.

CPO warranty isn't an exact science like you describe, it was originally meant to be so you are technically correct. Dealer are often able to CPO a car that is outside its 4 year original warranty, happens all the time making CPO expiration go well past the "6 year from in-service" mark.

Hi Des,

I bought the car 3 months ago from Porsche El Paso. It was sold with the CPO that started when I purchased. The car is also still under the 10yr 120k mile engine warranty. The car is entirely covered with this.

Why are you selling so soon or are you taking advantage of this crazy market? I wouldn't blame ya if you are taking advantage of these market conditions. There seems to be no shortage of people who are willing to overpay! I was just curious if there was something you hated about the car that would result in a sale after 3 months of ownership.
