First purchased at Audi North Scottsdale (Arizona) in April 2000 by a family friend, the original owner serviced it exclusively at Audi during his nine year ownership and the included service history records from Audi corroborate this. I am the second owner and acquired this S4 with 42,xxx miles in Jun 2009. As an Engineer, I performed the majority of maintenance myself throughout my twelve plus year ownership and the car has been nothing but reliable over my 65,000+ miles of driving. I’m no stranger to maintaining high performance German cars, and this S4 has been part of my “weekly rotation” including multiple other S4s and Porsche 911s, however I now work from home so am selling off my collection. They're not making cars like these anymore! Stage 3 (450-500 hp or so) with a BBK and a coilover setup is such a wonderful package. Santorin is a fabulous color, as well. Even stock is great...they're a perfect size, and very nimble. I sold my Stage 3 B5 S4 this past spring with 209k miles, and it's probably good for 400k miles. These engines are very stout...gems. GLWS!

Thanks! I'd thought about going Stage 3 at various times over the years, however the reality was always that it was plenty fast with the chipped KO3s to get me noticed by the police

I owned 2 different B5 S4 sedans and 2 avants all in various stages of tune between stage 1 to a built motor that dyno'd at 600 hp. Such fun cars to tune! Sounds like a nicely maintained car and a nice example of one that has not been tuned to death and totally beaten to death.
Love these cars. Prime examples such as this are fetching a premium. They have a huge following on various dedicated FB groups. I'd recommend listing it in a few if you don't sell it here quickly.
Beautiful B5S4! These are fantastic cars. I have a 2001 Santorin Blue S4 that I bought 15 years ago from the original owner. The original K03s were still going strong (with a S1 tune) when I pulled them out with 205k on them, to upgrade to stage 3 with K04s. The car now has 226k on it, puts out 525HP, and is a blast to drive.
This seems like a great deal for a very well maintained car.
