Description:
I am selling a very hard to find 1997 DME engine control unit for a 993 (part number 261.204.376). This has been reflashed by Steve Weiner of Rennsport Systems for better power and responsiveness and improved idle. This is perfect for anyone who has a 1996 993 and wants better performance or to build there motor to a new spec as only the 1997 DME's can be reflashed and not throw a code in a 1996 car.
Porsche charges $8,000 if you want to buy a new one of these (including core charge) and then it another $2,000 for the reflash by Rennsport.
