Description:

Selling my ATC 16ft Open Car Hauler. ATC no longer makes open car haulers. Has about 2000 miles on it. Only blemish is a dented side step, which I was quoted $250 by the dealer to fix. Meant to get to it, but never did. Aluminum wheels, including spare. Electric brakes. Also will include a set of race ramps in the price. Located near Raleigh, NC.

Just wondering why ATC stopped selling open car haulers. They seem like nice trailers.

they make the best trailers from a build quality perspective. Lots of nice details like raised floors so you don’t have to take the fenders off to open your car doors, and side rails so you can side load bikes and quads. I heard from my dealer that they were swamped making enclosed trailers so they chose to focus on that market that has bigger margins.

The guys over at Speed Academy on YouTube just bought one of these (or at least very similar). They put up a video about it a couple of days ago. It is a nice overview of why they chose this model and worth checking out for potential buyers. Spoiler alert, they loved it, and it seems like a very nice and well engineered trailer.
