Calling on my “993 Goonies” and fellow community members.... HELP ME! I’ve had the unfortunate luck to have had two 993 Targas slip away from me in the past month. I want a driver 993. High mileage is ok as long as it has been maintained. Open to colors. Prefer a variation of blue or green even pastel yellow. Not interested in Black or Red. Manual Transmission is a must. Not looking to resell, this will be my car and hopefully for a long time. Healthy budget.

That car listed on PCA has to be a typo, because in the quick search that I did on Autotempest, that is an absolute steal!
IMHO the OP should just buy this car as I don't think you'll ever lose money on it, even if you do add mileage.
This is the only other Targa I found. It's $99K with 74K miles on it.

Beautiful Targa. However, not convinced its worth $100k just because it’s in riviera blue. Comparable Targas in Turquoise, Iris Blue, Black have recently sold in the $60k range. But who really knows the value of anything anymore? Wild

OP looks like we are neighbors. I have not seen many 993 targas in deviated colors but I am helping an out of state friend with the same search so I will keep an eye out. Also this will help bump your ad.
my $0.02 your budget high point plus deferred maintenance costs on a driver car will get you close to what the velocity targa’s asking price so I wouldn’t dismiss it outright. Car’s been for sale for a few years there so seller may be open to a healthy offer.

I don't understand his business model as he has been sitting on these cars for years at the prior prices. How is it that now he is going to sell it at +$20K? But then again, nothing in this market surprises me. OP I hope you find what you are looking for within your budget.
