Yes, there was a sale at 100k. Also that particular GTS was a base model in Agate gray. Total in for that buyer was 105K.. Was that a good deal? Not really. That car will likely trade in a couple years at 70K and get recycled into the dealer auction network.
Options make all the difference in 911’s. PTS Cars hold their value for the long term.

Have you ever purchased a car from BAT? The buyer pays a 5% fee to BAT on the final sell price of the car.

south bay had 2 brand new PTS GTS's (gray black or slate gray and i forgot the second) they were offering $30,000 off MSRP on with $150K+ MSRP. they had them on lot well into 2020. also non GT PTS doesn't really residualize as well as it does on GT cars.
i love your car, but if we're going off pricing/mods/etc, special options on a non-GT car over $100K is a narrow buyer pool.
i'd pay $110,000 all day long for this car if, like i said, i hadn't bought my T, and if it were stock. honestly surprised it hasn't sold yet unless you're just being firm to the dollar on your asking price.

Thanks for all interested buyers in the last couple weeks and a couple recent offers.
For all buyers wanting the car reverted back to OEM.
I will happily accommodate contingent upon:
1. Agreed upon purchase terms
2. $1500Deposit
