Years ago it was named by a popular Mags as one of the most beautiful sedan ever made both in looks and feel I owned 2 of these in my lifetime, glws OP! and oh you can't go wrong with a 911 either it's a little tighter and faster.

Thank you! Truly an incredible car. I've owned everything from an E39 540i to a new M2, and the newer BMWs don't even come close to the level of engagement and driving joy that this one offers.

Good catch. I guess I don't have an answer. Started off looking at 997.2s but didn't see the value proposition at the going prices. Then, I moved on to 981s but recently spoke with a friend who strongly recommends that I consider a 718 GTS. He's very happy with his, and I've driven it once and did enjoy it.
