Porsche GT3 2006 - 2012
Description:

Two sets of HRE wheels for sale. I have used these both on my 2010 (5-lug converted) 997 GT3 for a couple years, and they will fit other narrow body 997's. HRE center caps are included with each set, but not shown in the pics. Tires will not be included.

Set 1 shown on the car: HRE P40SC, 18 X 9 front with +45 offset, 18 X 12 rear with +63 offset
Wheels are free of dents, dings or bends. The powdercoated finish has some minor scuffs and chips from wheel swaps at the track, mounting tires and from the alignment clamps. They should be refinished to be at their full glory. I would rate the color finish at 8/10 but suspect that if you had them waxed and high speed buffed/polished they could be a 9/10. Priced accordingly.

Price: $2,200 shipping included in the continental US

This set is sold Set 2 shown off the car: HRE R101, 18 X 9 front with +45 offset, 18 X 12 rear with +63 offset
Wheels are free of dents, dings or bends. The specific blue color shown will be replaced by your color of choice from HRE's standard color lineup (black, white, silver, charcoal, gold, bronze, red, blue, etc.). These will look like new wheels when you receive them.

Price: $2,750 shipping included
This set is sold.

The fronts should drop right on, but the rears are way too wide. If you're open to rear fender flares, I can get more info...

They are narrow body, you can use a spacer and they will fit.

Such a great deal.

Great point!! I think a 15-20mm spacer will make these fit a wide body car.

I've learned to price used items accordingly or they wont sell...

I know tires aren't included with the wheels. Just wonder what size tires were you running with the wheels and if you had any rubbing concerns. Thanks

I have a bunch of pics. of those R101s on your car on my computer if you want me to post them because I am a stalker of that set up. That set up is one of my favorite aftermarket wheel set ups I have ever seen on a 997. <3 GLWS. Beautiful wheels. I wish I didn't get my OEM .1 GT3 wheels before I saw this!!

I honestly don't know. The OEM 996 GT3 wheels are an inch narrower with the same offset, so if you think that there is 1/2" of room to the inside and 1/2" to the fender then they will fit. I run a 305 on my 12" wheel and I have seen a 305 on the back of a 996 GT3 (albeit on an 11" wide wheel). By that logic they should fit and the tire would be a bit stretched instead of bulgy, as I saw it on an 11" wheel. Please double check for yourself.

Never any rubbing at all. I ran these offsets so that they could be dual purpose. I have run Hoosier type tires on this setup (once) in 265/335 sizes and there was no rubbing at all with these massive sizes. My normal tire setup is 245/40-18 and 305/35-18 Nitto NT-01's and I use small spacers to push the wheels out 7mm, and there is still no rubbing. I also run my car very low, and eat curbs on the track. No issues, and no rolled fenders.

Please do!! I shockingly don't have any great pics of this setup as my car is generally at the track, and dirty, when the wheels are on.

Thank you all for the great questions.

Scroll down a bit, and you can see a bunch of pics of these exact wheels on my car from a photo shoot at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway from a few years ago. What's shown here is the massive 265/335 BFG-R1 setup with no rubbing...This was not my normal setup, however, but you get the idea of the fit.

I have all these pics on my computer because I think they are the best looking aftermarket wheels you can put on a NB 997. In person, they are stunning.
