If then term is approx 54 months from completion and the monthly payment is $2700 CAD that approx $145k CAD which is $103k USD plus whatever fees you need to import to the States.
Which still seems like a good deal depending on the details.
Of course, the payoff would be cheaper still unless it was a 0% interest auto loan.
Unless I'm missing something?

This was originally an 84 month loan, given the indicated October 2022 expiry of the 4 year warranty.
If you are in the USA, I doubt you can export the car to the US, and keep the original financing in place. There will be a lien on the car, which would need to be discharged.

That is a gorgeous car. Carmine Red -- I've never seen that on a 911 before. It's spec'd almost exactly like I'd spec one.
If I didn't already have two nearly-new 718s in my garage I would be VERY tempted. GLWS! Great deal, too.

FYI... I used Brandi from TFX as a Broker in February for my Canadian to US purchase. 416-243-8531. They were very reasonable & SEAMLESS EXCUTION!! I did by mine from a Porsche Dealer so that may have been easier. You will also have to contact PCNA for a "Letter of Compliance" for the EPA & DOT regulations as well.
