Solid price. Sold my 2001 Alpine white with black extended leather with 150k miles for a hair more so I think it's very appropriately priced, especially for all the recent work. Still my biggest automotive regret is getting rid of mine.

Thanks for the comment, I've seen several of these going for a couple grand less but they all needed a refresh in suspension, had a couple paint dings and a some smaller parts that add up.
This one is ready to DD like I did for a year, or it make even nicer and use occasionally.

Undo your regret and buy mine
Or, my other one:

I put it up a year ago and then got too busy with work and a remodel to respond to all the questions. And, I didn't really want to sell it until I had another sedan to drive.
Extended leather, no sunshades, Gen1 small screen nav, car is all original other than the Dinan parts.

I don't have room for all my cars inside and picked up another 116k mile 2000 M5 last year that had been rear ended.
My buddy who does body/paint pulled the rear almost perfectly straight and then had a great PDR guy work the rear quarters and we didn't even need to repaint them.
The guy that owned that it prior showed it regularly and had replaced all kinds of stuff at 100k for no reason, other than preventative.
Since I want one to drive and it has a branded title, I figure this one is easier to sell.

It's really a hard to choice since they're both in nice shape, neither needs work, both have a lot of new parts and new tires, and and they're not depreciating.
If someone wants 2 for $25,996, I'd consider that too

I may be interested in the diff, rear wheels, and rear shock tower bar if you're interested in removing that. I'm in SF so would need to ship.

Ha thanks. I was actually mostly referring to your spare parts - you had mentioned a square pair of fronts (I assume rear sized, for fronts) as well as the Dinan diff. Makes sense for the rear brace though - or are all of those spare bits included in the $15K?

There's a Seattle in Wisconsin? Or is it a typo (WI instead of WA)?

Thanks for everyone's patience getting more photos up and back to PMs.
Unexpected travel took me out for a few days and this weekend I'm hoping to have everyone responded too.

Not sure about Wisconsin, but certainly here in WA!
Need to change that, thanks!

As for the parts, whoever buys it gets 1st choice on those, then I'll sell.

Thanks John!
Now I've got a guy interested in the silver one and run the risk of being without an e39 for the first time in about 10 years.
Starting to think about what else would be fun without a lot of electronics that I can still work on???
