Purchased in the fall of 2018 for my 2013 Boxster S, this is a dedicated set of track wheels used for a total of 4 track weekends or 8 track days at MSR Houston exclusively. They've never seen street duty other than travel to/from the track. I removed the wheels after each track weekend, thoroughly cleaned them, dried, and stored them flat on a telescoping ceiling rack. There is no curb rash or scratches visible to me. There is some goo leftover from old/previous wheel weights that I didn't bother to scrub clean.

Tires have the same 8 total track days as the wheels mentioned above and have an estimated 30% tread remaining...that's a guess on my part as I don't have a tool to measure tread depth. Take a look at the detailed pictures of each tire tread. You can see the wear bars in most of the pictures if you zoom in. 2017 code dates for the front tires, 2018 code dates for the rears so these are new/fresh rubber. If you're not familiar with the SUR4G tires, this is a Korean made 200tw tire made to compete with RE-71R's at a significant discount. In fact, that's how I ended up with these tires...RE-71R's were back ordered last fall and I finally ordered these on the recommendation of Tirerack in November for a December DE. And what a lucky find they were...these tires are fantastic. They're every bit the equal of any other 200tw tire I've ever used for less than $800 total. In fact, this is a great way for you to try them out on the cheap for a DE weekend or two before they need replacing. Prove to yourself you don't need to spend $1200 on a new set of track tires.

The wheelsets have working TPMS sensors installed that sync up with my Boxster in a minute or two. They were balanced prior to my last track weekend in late May 2019.

These wheels should obviously fit on all 981 platform Boxster/Caymans. I believe they'll fit other Porsche models such as 987/987.2 cars but you're on your own to confirm fitment on non-981 cars. I've found the published Apex fit guides for hundreds of model cars invaluable in buying wheels for my various cars over the years.

I'm located in Houston, TX and priority will be given to local pickup. I will consider shipping at the buyer's expense if these don't sell locally. I will consider separating tires and rims but am not inclined to give a significant discount sans tires as we all understand they're on the downhill side of their remaining life.
