I am the original owner of the car and have all of the paperwork which came with the vehicle. Since new the car has been garage kept and is wrapped in clear film on the hood, both front fenders, mirrors, doors, as well as in front and behind the rear wheels. I have records of all of the maintenance which has been done to the car including oil changes, brake work and spark plugs. Mileage is higher than others, but most are highway miles. I just put NEW Pirelli P Zero tires on all 4 wheels as well as NEW Factory rotors and pads. Brake fluid is also new, ATE Super Blue (Hard to come by these days). Car has many upgrades including 19 inch 991 wheels (they look cooler than the original) BMC Performance Air Filters, Fabspeed Center Muffler bypass, Porsche 3rd radiator kit, Front RSS Monoballs, RSS Rear Toe Links, GT3 Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms, Aluminum Caster Bushings, Porsche PCCB Calipers with 997 Iron Turbo Rotors (Larger YELLOW 6 piston calipers, larger IRON turbo rotors without the crazy expense of ceramic), Goodridge brake lines and custom grill inserts to protect the radiators.
This car has been my baby and I wonder if at some point I will regret selling it. The 2nd generation 997 is an amazing vehicle. The manual transmission is a must. Is the PDK faster, yes, but I can't imagine spending this much money on a car and not knowing the enjoyment of having a third pedal!
I have been asked by many about a DME report, as the car is a manual. I am happy to share the specifics, but the important news is that the car registered zero in Range 3, 4, 5 and 6. Hopefully this puts minds at ease.
