Hello all I have posted this on the 986forums but I figured I post it here as well.

I have a 2001 Porsche Boxster 986 engine with only 52,148 Miles. The engine code is M96.22 2.7L

I purchased this engine off Ebay and when it arrived I unfortunately realized I had purchased the wrong engine. I only removed it off the shipping pallet and placed on a dolly before realizing my mistake. I am unable to return it to the seller due to their policy. (yes I am an idiot...I know)

I am looking to make my money back on it as I will need to purchase the correct engine.

I need an M96.23 engine out of a 2003-2004 car. If you have one with no IMS issues and is low mileage like this one (40K-60K) and willing to trade that would be ideal. (I doubt someone will but hey might as well ask =P)

Asking Price is $3200 + Ship I am not able to go lower as I paid $3700 for it with Ship.

Prefer to deal local but I know that the demand for this engine may not be that high around Atlanta so willing to ship if needed. I have had 3 scam attempts already (the cashier's check deal. Nice try...but old)
