Complete 957 Turbo S Big Red Brake Setup - 32k miles - Calipers, Rotors, lines, pads,
For SaleBrakes
Description:
I did a PCCB upgrade on my widebody 2009 Cayenne over the Holidays and now have the complete Big Red Turbo S brake setup that was on the car available for sale. Could be used by 957 Turbo owners to upgrade to the larger 380mm x 38mm Turbo S brakes or by a Turbo S owner who need rotors and pads, and will also give them spare calipers or calipers in better shape. May also be retrofittable to the 955 series Cayennes (measurements provided so you can verify wheel carrier bolt spacing).
Upon removal, I sealed the caliper brake line holes with Teflon taped screw in plugs and then cleaned everything in my heated, ultrasonic parts washer with aluminum safe degreasing agent. Calipers look like brand new with a few little bumps and bruises from 32,000 miles of use.
Included are:
- Loaded Left Front Caliper & Rotor (includes pads, pad wear sensor, retaining clips, etc). Front left rotor thickness is
- Loaded Right Front Caliper & Rotor (includes pads, pad wear sensor, retaining clips, etc)
- Loaded Left Rear Caliper & Rotor (includes pads, retaining clips, etc, but No pad wear sensor)
- Loaded Right Rear Caliper & Rotor (includes pads, retaining clips, etc, but No pad wear sensor)
- Both Front Rubber flex brake lines that go from the hard line connection at the top of the wheelwell to the hard line connection midway down the front wheel carrier (Does not include the front hard line from the flex line to the caliper)
- Both Rear Rubber flex brake lines and hard brake lines that go from the hard line connection at the top of the wheelwell to the caliper itself (Does not include the black clip that holds the caliper line joint and pad wear sensor plug)
Both rear Rotors have a thickness of 26,87mm. Rear pad thickness is 9.09mm. I renewed the rear pads at 30,000 miles, so less than 2,000 miles ago.

Front caliper as removed - yuck. Moved pads inward to be able to clean between the pad carrier plate and caliper wall.
Threaded plug sealing caliper so no cleaning solution could enter the caliper. Note calipers placed on rubber pads to not mar the finish from the ultrasonic action
Ultrasonic waves removing caliper dust, grime, etc. You can see it floating off the calipers
More dirt floating off
All Cleaned up - Logo Sides. Front Pad wear sensor wires were bagged to prevent ingress of the cleaning solution to the electrical connectors.

Thanks for taking a look and let me know if you have any questions. I have more take-off parts here from my 2009 Turbo S in a prior Marketplace thread prior to the format changeover - https://rennlist.com/forums/parts-ma...l#post15316491

Another option might be to source 957 wheel carriers that these would bolt up to if those will also fit a 958.
I also have a pair of rear PCCB 958 calipers available. Those would likely bolt up and you could source appropriate rotors and pads to utilize them.
