1996 Carrera. Porsche completed work on engine due to oil leak and updated several components inside and outside ($15,000+ worth), new OEM steering wheel and OEM shifter **** and boot installed. Porsche stereo and OEM floor mats. New OEM headlights and fog lights. New interior weatherstripping on both doors. Michelin Pilot Sports with only 1,900 miles on them. I bought this almost 2 years ago from an owner in TX and did the updates once I got it. It has an aftermarket exhaust so it sounds a little louder than stock.

Car fax was clean and service history is incomplete from past ownership. I had everything done when I bought it over a year ago (fluids, spark plugs, wires, filters, etc)
Definitely looks nice! Can you speak more about the exterior and interior condition? Any road rash, dings, chips, rust, or swirls in the paint (black cars tend to show swirls from cleaning/drying)? Also, have you applied a paint meter to the car? Any noticeable wear to the seats, dash, carpet?
And finally, what was the reason for the $10k+ repair costs when you purchased the car? Was it all related to the oil leak?
And one more question- is the vehicle identification sticker attached to the underside of the hood? It looks like the past owner might have affixed it to the owner’s manual??

I cannot speak for this particular car, but the options sticker in the owner's manual is usually in addition to the one under the frunk hood.

yes the ID sticker is under the hood. The repairs were for the oil leak. The paint has some swirls and dryness. Not sure how thick it is. Was repainted.

When you say "was repainted'... Does that mean the whole car has been repainted? Or just certain areas? Can you attest to why the car was repainted?
I don't recall the exhaust system but if I heard the name I would remember. Not TUBI. The whole care bumper to bumper has been repainted. Looks like they freshened it up. It was a Texas car
