Anyone had this issue
I was backing out of the garage and looked down at the screen and it is all black
No back up camera no radio screen just black

I hate to ask a really potentially stupid stupid question but it is turned on? I know that when you hold the volume button down for a couple of seconds it shuts the whole system off.

Just asking and other than that I've not had this issue. Mine did seen to lock up the other day dealing with a phone call.

Let us know what you find.

I kind of felt like I might have accidentally changes a setting but the FM radio was playing audio but the screen was black with no way to see the touch screen station buttons
Update - the next time I started it up screen worked fine - so it might happen again

I had the same dead PCM screen episode for several hours with my 2016 Cayenne while the touch screen was still active and audio was playing... The screen came back on its own and since then it's been working fine. I cancelled my dealer visit since they said no diagnosis can be made in the absence of the symptom.
