How can it be the same but put out less HP? Did they put a governor on yours?
I don't understand your question. 2015 Cayenne S puts out 420HP Macan Turbo puts out 400 HP. Porsche just tuned the turbo profile on the Cayenne to get 20 more HP.
The post on how I break them in is in this same thread 4 or 5 posts back.
Does engine break-in period have any short term or long term effects on oil consumption?
Lots of theories on this. My view is that the Porsche break in procedure is way to conservative. Better to consistently run the engine through the rev range to properly seat the rings. But don't cruise at constant revs and don't lug the engine!

Thanks. Our break in period is over and we took it easy and very little cruise control. Let's see how it turns out.
My V6 turbo 2015 Cayenne S used no oil in 5000 miles. That is when I did my first change.
See my other post on how I broke it in.
This engine is same as Turbo Macan except it puts out 420 HP.

I just checked the oil level on my V6 Turbo 2015 Cayenne S and the oil level is still almost at 100% after a shade over 5000Km ( 3100miles about).
