Default Looking at a '24 Macan T...any issues?

I miss my 955 Cayenne Turbo, sold 2 yrs ago, and this Macan T may be the cure. The car has just shy of 15K miles, and is on a Lexus dealer's lot. Wondering if the '24 model has any common issues I need to be concerned about. I've read that the dual clutch transmissions are weak.

I have not heard of any widespread transmission issues with the Gen 2 or 3 cars.

What does the build sheet look like? Motor will be the same as a base so you’ll be good from that standpoint…..Phil

I picked up my 2024 Macan T on defender 2023 and so far, there is no issue at all for 17k miles driving. I recently received a recall which is under hood legal sticker replacement, nothing mechanical.

I bought a 2025 Macan T brand new last year. Only problem I had was the heated steering wheel. (would only stay on for 5min and go off) They replaced a module. It been a great machine.

Totally different cars. Agree?

Midsize/largish off-road capable vehicle with a powerful V8 compared with a car well-documented to have limited interior space with a much lower power 4-banger.
