Not sure of that particular level of security, but I can tell you my Thinkdiag works on my 2025 Base. I have reset oil, changed blinkers, cockpit lights, cargo hatch beep, puddle lights, etc.

OP, you should not have an issue, as the lack of security updates is exactly why the ICE Macan is no longer sold in Europe. ThinkDiag has been verified to work on 2025 Macans and there is no reason to believe there was a significant PCM update for 2026.
