Just passenger but there might be an option for both.

I have that option on my ‘21. Never checked it out until I read this thread. Went to try it out and when I activate it on the dash, the mirror tilts upwards when I go in reverse. I suppose the programming you mention here is what I need to do to get it to tilt down. I was never a fan of the mirrors tilting because sometimes I also use them to check my sides and behind me before reversing.
