Through the dashboard controls:

Vehicle > Settings > Light & Visibility > Revers. Opt.

Boom!

Just passenger but there might be an option for both.

What I have been doing, as I said, is using the surround cameras ,,,but it would be nice to just have the mirror dip Like the previous Macans (This is our 3rd one, lease then my son gets it.)

Put the car in reverse, then adjust the passenger mirror to the position you want it. When you back into drive it will return to the position it was before. When you go into reverse the next time the mirror will return to the position you last adjusted into.

FYI, my 2008 Cayenne S will only drop the mirror if the mirror selector is set to passenger. Seems like an old issue. My 2020 Macan does it regardless of selection.
