Can anyone help identify the Make & Model of this vehicle so I can politely opt out of the neighborhood drama?
Theres speeding drama in my neighborhood. It wasnt my problem until people started reporting it as a Porsche Macan & I drive the only White Porsche Macan in the neighborhood. The driver has had confrontations with residents, so my neighbors know it isnt me. However, the mob is convinced its a Porsche. When I argue its not a Porsche, Im asked, If not a Porsche, then what is it? Am I wrong? Could it be a Macan?
That is not a Macan.
my first thoughts were Maserati Levante or Toyota Venza.
the rear bumper is painted in the photos whereas a Macans is black I believe. Front fascia doesnt match a Macan either.
Rear side windows dont match a Macans
Nope, the Grecale is actually a very good car and based on the Giorgio platform that underpins the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio. The Giorgio platform is a longitudinal, RWD-based and was designed and developed by the same team of engineers that worked on the Ferrari 458. Fun fact: every Giorgio-based car (apart from the Grand Cherokee, which uses a highly-modified Giorgio platform) have a carbon fiber driveshaft. The Hornet/Tonale is on the FWD-based, transverse Stellantis Small/Wide LWB 4x4 platform that is shared with the Jeep Compass. Two completely different vehicles on two completely different platforms.

Good to know. I dont see too many of those but from what I recall, It looked smaller than the Stelvio and more the Tonale/Hornet size, plus they semeed to all be released around the same time. Good looking car (along with the Stelvio) and I can see the RWD vs.FWD platform differences now that you mention it.
