So, I had the R1 Concepts brake pads installed on the rear of my 2024 Macan S and the front pads they sent me were incorrect. They told me that Brembo ceramic pads would fit on the front of my car. Luckily, I checked with Brembo and they said that their ceramic pads won't fit my car. I therefore returned the wrong brake pads that CarID sold me and didn't order Brembo pads. CarID initially gave me a refund for the wrong pads that they sold me but I had to call them to get a refund for the shipping I paid for the wrong pads they sold me. I was told yesterday that I would get a refund for all of the shipping, but I got an email from them today showing only half the shipping costs, with no explanation as to the discrepancy. I called them to ask about the refund, and after a long hold,I was told that it was because I kept the rear pads. I would not have ordered the rear pads from them if I knew that they didn't have correct front pads for my car. It seems kind of petty and bad business to give a customer only a partial refund when they caused me to waste a lot of time. This was my first order from CarID and it will be my last. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Akebonons were a favorite on Audis. I saw a lot of people on the forums who loved them. I used Centric Posi Quiet ceramic pads on my 08 RS4 and 015 RS5 and 014 SQ5 and my 022 SQ5. I loved them. I have 024 S like you and surprised to see no ceramic pads for later model Macans. I hope someone addresses this market soon. I just had my winter wheels ceramic coated to help. Will go the summer ones 6 when I swap wheels
