I’m a little disappointed I picked up a new Proclip mount now that I found I can have wireless CarPlay in my 17 Base when I thought I was going to be stuck with wired only. I picked up this Ottocast U2-Air wireless box. I figured if it didn’t work I could just return or try and get tech support to help, but I plugged it in and set it up in my iPhone and yeah! It works and I am now wireless in less than 3 minutes. I wasn’t particularly happy with the Proclip as it was a little more intrusive than it was in my Cayenne. I also just ordered a Nine-volt MagSafe mount, so the phone will be charging but much more out of the way than with the Proclip.
