I hardly ever call someone when driving, ad if there's an incoming call I can accept using the screen.
but it's ridiculous not to have back/forward buttons (diamond can only be one or the other).
any possibility of mapping the phone keys to back/forward?

My 22 has a call button on the right spoke of the steering wheel. I'm not aware if this wasn't a feature on earlier models, but you didn't mention what you have.
