thoughts on spec...
I had 2022 S for 5 months while I waited for my ordered 2023 GTS - is the S enough "yes" - is the GTS better "yes" - only thing I see I would add, is if you wife likes tunes upgrade from Bose to Burnmeister - well worth it. I loved the Gertain blue as well. But have to say I love my GTS and have no regrets switching and paying $30k (MSRP to MSRP) more for my GTS, then the S I was driving. Everytime I am in it, I love it! GLWD - looks like a great build for your wife and a car you will enjoy driving!
Here was my thoughts from S to GTS at the time I got mine.

she's not that much of a "listener" (nor am I) that would convince her to spend the $ for the Burm....
I looked at the S and specced one, it came pretty close to the GTS in price once you tick boxes like premium plus, sports exhaust, 21" wheels etc ... so I think we'll just go with a GTS ...
probably still debating 14-way vs. 18way seats...
No air suspension for your S?
[QUOTE=Larry Cable;18984152]so the ride height is the *only* difference between the two systems?
/QUOTE]
Yes. Checking the box on a GTS just gives you 10mm more ride height, deleting the 10mm lower standard stance of the GTS.
