Now if they had a Macan GTS E-Hybrid I think I could get my head around it. Putter around on a small electric motor for much of day to day but crank up the ICE on the road or enjoyable drives. They are doing it with the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid so why not? I am mostly pleased with the look though the front chin spoiler is over the top.

I'll stick with my '18 ES vs any of the V-6's. I can feel the difference in the front end load on the I-4 vs theV-6. I really don't like to think about how much weight the battery adds.

The Macan EV really makes me sad. I'm on my 3rd Macan (currently a 2021 GTS), I hope we get at least 1 more facelift on the ICE Macan. I hate the new trend of stacked headlights. Porsche removed the Macan's unique clamshell hood design too. The new Macan EV looks too generic in my opinion.
