Porsche dealers usually don't operate their own body shops, but you can ask who they would use. Get an estimate or two from body shops in your area that deal with high end cars.
As to cost, it's hard to tell if there is any underlying damage. Regardless, it will cost a lot more than the deductible on your insurance policy.
